Shipping policy

 

PROCESSING

All shipments will originate from our store in Southern California. If your order is placed before 2pm PST, we aim to process and ship your order the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm PST, it will ship the next day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. A shipment confirmation will be sent for each item as it is processed. 

Sea Biscuit is not responsible for any packages once delivery is confirmed via tracking information. NO shipping charges will be refunded for packages that are returned to us due to an undeliverable/incorrect address.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sea Biscuit cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, Federal Holidays etc.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Sea Biscuit cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-5 business days shipping time.

UPS Ground is also available at the standard rate.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need your items in a hurry? Select an expedited method at checkout! We offer UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail International, or DHL Worldwide. Price will vary by destination. 

By placing an International Order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Sea Biscuit accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Sea Biscuit has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Sea Biscuit will not ship to third-party logistical or International forwarding centers.

We will not adjust or lower the claimed customs value of any items. This is to protect both parties from receiving proper reimbursement in the event of a lost/damaged package.
